Stem4 is a teenage mental health charity aimed at improving teenage mental health by stemming commonly occurring mental health issues at an early stage.

You’re not alone.

Did you know:

► Last year, over 2,000 young people used our counselling services to help them cope.

► We’ve supported young people with issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, anger, relationship problems, low self-esteem and self-harm.

► TIC+ is an operating name of the charity Teens in Crisis. We’ve been supporting young people and their families since 1994.
