Welcome to the

Parent & Carer Support and Advice Line

FREE – CONFIDENTIAL – ANONYMOUS

Are you worried about your child’s mental health, emotional well-being or behaviour?

While parenting can be hugely rewarding, it can also be really hard work – especially if your child is unhappy or you are worried about them.

You’re not alone

If your child is aged 0-25 and lives in Gloucestershire, drop in to our free, anonymous, confidential helpline during our open hours and talk to one of our trained parent support advisers.

We care, we won’t judge, and we will take you seriously.

The Parent Support and Advice line is a drop-in service. Due to current high demand we are unable to offer parents and carers regular or frequent sessions.

To call or enter the Parent Support and Advice Line we will ask you for a username. This could be your first name, or any other name you wish to be known by. Calling or entering the service means you have read and agreed with our Terms of Use

PLEASE NOTE: The Parent Support and Advice Line IS NOT A CRISIS SERVICE.

In an emergency please call emergency services on 999. Further support can be found on our advice page.

OPEN TIMES:

MON 5pm – 9pm
TUES 9.30am – 1pm
WED 5pm – 9pm
SAT 9.30am – 1pm

You are important to us and we’d love to help if we can. At busy times, it may not be possible to get through to our team straight away. Please be patient- we will get to you as soon as we can. If you are waiting for the online chatroom, please don’t close or refresh your browser.
