I feel more confident that things I am putting in place are correct to help my child, more confident to stick to boundaries. I have more knowledge of where to go for help and advice. I feel more equipped to deal with problems and feel happier

Support leaders were amazing. Supportive, compassionate, reassuring and non-judgemental. Good to understand more about what teenagers are going through.

Very grateful to be involved and it has been great to feel we are not alone in dealing with various issues for young people, some similar and a lot slightly different. It has been beneficial to remind myself of things and learn.

The facilitators were excellent empathetic guides through the sessions. Asking pertinent questions and sensitively checking in, listening and providing good tips on how it can be managed differently.
