Some young people live with mental health challenges every day. Why not take on a challenge of your own to show your support?

Whether you want to walk, wheel or run a marathon, jump out of a plane or grow out your beard for a month, every penny you raise helps us support more young people affected by mental health conditions to access support.

Running challenges

Whether its a 5k or a full marathon, or anything in between, including through mud, we’ve got some great events to suit everyone. You can even choose to do a virtual London Marathon either alone or as part of a relay, without having to head off to London!
