It’s important to remember that it’s okay and perfectly normal to be worried, angry or upset by the news about the war in Ukraine. You are not alone in these feelings, most young people and adults feel the same.
It’s a lot to take on board, especially because it comes after experiencing all the uncertainty and difficulties of the COVID pandemic.
